The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is an Australian Government initiative. Its purpose is to assist international students when their course of study is not fully delivered by the course provider.
In the unlikely event Sydney Met is unable to deliver a course you have paid for, we will either offer you an alternative course acceptable to you or pay you a refund of your unspent prepaid tuition fees. The TPS will assist you in finding an alternative course or to get a refund if a suitable alternative is not found.
