The Research & Scholarship Conference at Sydney Met is an annual event that showcases student research and practice projects. It is a great platform to celebrate our scholars’ accomplishments.
The Student Research & Scholarship Conference recognises and emphasises the importance of research and scholarship conducted by students within Sydney Met.
This is a great networking opportunity for students and sometimes academic members from different departments and to augment faculty-student interactions through research.
Students will present posters supported by their faculty/mentor. Selected students will provide an oral presentation on their research project.
Student presence and participation as judges will enrich the event and provide valuable feedback to our students. Two types of awards are awarded to the best presentation:
For 2024, the Sydney Met Annual Student Research and Scholarship Conference will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd, and Wednesday, December 4th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This event is an excellent opportunity to engage with innovative research and projects from our ITE, SWD, and BME departments.
